The long awaited Ubuntu based roles have been released!
They contain the fix that caused LoadAverage to be misreported, causing Scalr to scale your infrastructure. They are all EBS-based, allowing you to start and pause your servers, and take snapshots in seconds, and come in 32 and 64bit flavors. Even the LAMP stack role which allows you to scale from one to many servers!
Cheers,
Sebastian, on behalf of the Scalr team

Great news. Cannot wait to try this out. I am hoping scalr will be able to handle the GPU instances soon
GPU instance support is coming out with 2.2, which will hopefully be out before the new year.
